firm retreats, in additional
to ½ day and day-long seminars, for law firms experiencing
transitional stress and internal conflict.
His approach emphasizes the dynamics of the interpersonal
system and its various manifestations in the business organization.
Joseph helps lawyers recognize the symptoms of systemic breakdown
in the law firm and teaches effective techniques of communication and conflict resolution
in order to build firm-wide cohesion and commitment.

Shaub is also approved by the Washington State Bar Association to
provide 4-hours of Continuing Education Credit (2-hours of which are in
Ethics) with the seminar:

This seminar includes distribution and completion of the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator™.
