I am fortunate to have been trained in three professions: Marriage and Family Therapy, Mediation, and Law.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide Couples Counseling for those who are trying to heal and strengthen their relationships. I also provide Individual Counseling and Neurofeedback Therapy. I work with a variety of concerns, but primarily focus on transition stress; anxiety; depression and the particular issues faced by lawyers and their partners.

I have also practiced Divorce and Family Mediation for more than fifteen years, combining my therapeutic and legal training to assist people who are experiencing the end of their marriage or intimate relationship.

Finally, while my practice is primarily therapeutic in nature, I still provide some limited legal services which you can learn more about by visiting the Legal Services page on this website.
